Sorry, the images are not clear enough to identify after magnifying your picture and then using Picture Insect app.
I recommend catching some insects with sticky tape and taking them to the Ramsey County extension office for possible identification. If any of them are alive, catch them in a plastic bag, glass or plastic container, and then freezing it to kill the insect without damage and then taking it to Ramsey Extension for identification.
