bugs/beetles? what kind? #943063

Hello. I recently noticed I have these fast moving bugs on my driveway and in a rockbed and grass near my front steps. Some are very tiny and others are larger. Should I be worried? I don't remember having them in previous summers and wonder if they are connected to drought conditions. I am in Brooklyn Center. Do I need to spray so they don't damage my lawn? Any advice and help you can provide is much appreciated.
