Dallisgrass??? #941374

our HOA has been struggling with an invasive weed which we have tentatively identified as Dallisgrass. Wondering if you can confirm the identity of this weed from the attached picture and based on your assessment, give us direction to help eradicate this weedy pest.

Because of the seed heads, I am inclined to cockspur https://www.feedipedia.org/node/451

I suggest submitting to https://tdl.wisc.edu/# for a precise diagnosis because the treatments are quite different. Send a close up of the plant seed areas, the plant as it grows and an extracted plant.
