Fruit trees (pear, plumb, peach, apple) #940473

I need fruit tree advice. Would prefer having someone come out to my yard to look at the trees and give advice on the following: How and when to trim, why the fruit on my pear tree has black spots, why my one plumb tree is doing great but the other one is dying, did I plant them correctly…and any advice is greatly appreciated

If you can share photos of the problems on the pears and plums that show overall health and close ups of fruits and leaves, we may be able to do more definitive diagnosis.
