Young ginko tree has only developed very small but green leaves this year! looks healthy but leaves are not developing as in the past. Do not notice any brown or dead leaves. What is wrong? #934982

To help us obsess what might be wrong with your tree can you please attach a few photographs?
Take one picture far enough back so we can see the whole tree from where it enters the soil up to the top. Take a second picture close-up of a branch showing leaves and any buds from about 12 to 15 inches away from the branch.
Each picture must be 8 MB in size or less in order for it to attach successfully to your question here. Please make sure your pictures are in focus, because we cannot see details of blurry pictures no matter how large we magnify them.
Also, please give us some history of your tree.
How long has it been planted?Do you water the tree during times of drought (when rainfall is non-existent for 10 days or more). Have you applied any chemicals to the lawn or garden beds surrounding or nearby the tree?
What type of soil would you say that you have – Sandy, loam, or sticky clay?
How much some per day does your tree get? Does it get more than six hours of sun per day?
