Greetings. There are some dead branches on the tree, but it's not possible to diagnose a disease from the picture. I'm attaching some information so that over the summer you can check the leaves for specific indications of individual diseases, and also consider other potential causes.
Oak decline can also be considered if there has been damage to the roots from construction in the past. It can take years for the tree to succumb, but this is the way that might look. Dead branches or trees can be removed at any time.
