Although we can't ID the mushrooms with certainty (there are innumerable species in our area, and several species look alike), they will not render the vegetables inedible as long as you don't harvest and eat the mushrooms themselves. Many mushrooms are produced by fungi that are decaying organic matter (wood in mulch, components of potting soil, old plant stems or debris left behind by earlier crops or weeds, etc.) or fungi that are partnering with live plant roots as beneficial helpers (mycorrhizae). There is no way to remove the fungus (you can pluck the mushrooms if you are worried a child or pet may eat them, but that won't remove the fungus itself, the filaments of which are too small to see and remove in the soil), but mushroom growth may subside once the soil is less moist (if you've been watering) or once the food source of the fungus runs out.
