Hi Kristin,
GrubEx is low-risk for bees, is a long-lasting preventative and is one of the most effective ways to control grubs. It should not interfere with reseeding. GrubEx is applied from late spring to early summer, the same time for reseeding. Follow the directions on the product label, including watering well after application.

Note that it is normal for lawns here to have some grubs in the soil. Many beetles start life as grubs, so you will always see them when you dig.
