Dormant grasses with dead/withered foliage are very difficult to ID. This might be Nimblewill, which is a native perennial warm-season grass that sometimes infiltrates lawns. It doesn't look quite like Bermudagrass, but that is another perennial warm-season grass that hasn't resumed growth, which can be common in lawns.

Any perennial grass deemed a weed in a lawn, whether cool-season or warm-season, needs to be dug out or sprayed (once it's regrowing enough to have live foliage to treat) with systemic herbicide to kill the roots.
