Sources seem to vary about the capability of the Newton Pippin to self pollinate. I understand wanting to make sure. Resources do indicate this historic tree is quite late to come to a bearing age and that it isn't particularly resistant to the plethora of apple diseases so you may end up having to take steps to help it along. As far as Florina, there are nurseries online who specialize in tree fruits. I would do a search in PA--such as Adams County since they grow a lot of apples in that area and also look in New York-Ithaca area. We are discouraged from naming specific grower/sellers so I'm pointing you in a couple directions that I am aware of to look for nurseries that may carry Florina.
