I would like to know what the plant is attached to this chat? The only plant the has a red flower and green leaves

That is a type of Celosia, also sometimes called cockscomb flower. It comes in several flower colors, like red, pink, orange, and yellow. As a summer annual, it is not tolerant of near-freezing temperatures, so since it can't overwinter, it needs to be replanted each year. Local nurseries tend to stock it starting in mid/late spring and through the summer, as it's commonly grown in our region.
